Chafford-100 is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment where patients and staff can be confident that best practices are followed at all times and that the dignity and safety of everyone is paramount.
All patients are entitled to have a **chaperone** present for any consultation, examination, or procedure where they feel one is required. This can be a **family member or friend**.
On occasion, a formal chaperone (such as a Nurse Practitioner or trained receptionist) can be provided. Please request this at the time of booking.
If unavailable, we may need to reschedule. Healthcare professionals may also request a chaperone.
